RAFFLE TICKET OPPORTUNITY- OFF SET YOUR 2019-2020 FEES

We are very excited to announce that we will be continuing our raffle ticket program that helps families subsidies the cost to play hockey or figure skate. The Association used to offer scholarships to participants in need, or who couldn't afford to play. We decided to invest the scholarship budget into the raffle ticket program that now allows every member the chance to fund raise and off-set their cost to play winter sports. 100% of the tickets you sell- goes directly back to your fees. 

Over the past years the raffle would run until mid November. This year the raffle will only last for 60 days. All raffle ticket sales must be turned in on or before AUGUST 14th, 2019. Once the tickets are turned in- you will receive a COUPON CODE to apply when you register. This will be a one-time code. Whatever money you raised will be applied to your fee at registration. The remaining balance will be broken up into automatic monthly payments, or you may choose to pay your remaining balance in full at registration. CREDITS WILL NOT BE APPLIED AFTER REGISTRATION. 

 

RULES/ REGULATIONS:

  • This program is offered to anyone who is registering in the Amarillo Hockey Association for programs during the 2019-2020 season. This EXCLUDES: The Dallas Stars Learn to Play program.
  • Members will be required to sign an agreement before any raffle tickets will be issued.
  • Specific drop off/ pick up times are available: NO EXCEPTIONS!! (dates and locations listed below)
  • Tickets have to be turned in by AUGUST 14th- or you will not receive your Coupon Code. 

  • DO NOT register until you receive your coupon code. 

  • Members are responsible for setting up their own sale locations (Ex: Walmarts, Sporting events etc..). The Association will not organize sale locations this year. 

  • Tickets are $10 each or 3 for $20

Amarillo National Bank, Summit Branch (ANB Conference Room in Palace Coffee) from 6:00 – 8:00 pm

DATES FOR PICK UP/ DROP OFF

6:00 – 8:00 pm on the following dates:

  • June 19th
  • July 3rd
  • July 17th
  • July 31st
  • August 7th
  • August 14 (final date to turn in unsold tickets and money)
